Meet Our Team

Roger Rezentes

Chief Executive Officer

With his background in engineering, aviation, and business operations, Roger provides the logistical backbone required in aircraft management. At 26 years of age, Roger started purchasing and restoring single family dwellings, creating a respectable portfolio of investment properties in addition to his “official” career in engineering. But in 2009 he moved out of an office and into a tool belt, adding licensed general contractor to his credentials as he built custom homes for clients as well as himself. He has always had an entrepreneurial spirit, and eventually it led him to own and manage his own manufacturing company where he served customers throughout the United States, Canada, China, Australia and South America. With respect to aircraft management Roger has developed relationships with top aviation attorneys and has the practical expertise required to properly execute aircraft acquisition and management agreements as it relates to liability exposure, state and federal tax law, and ongoing compliance. With a welcoming demeanor and sincere interest in others, Roger will ensure an easy and long-lasting relationship with Compass Air clients. His awareness of current trends alongside a collaboration with a network of professionals allows him to present Compass Air as your premier aircraft management team.
